1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications published by MRB Lab ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal and lawful use. This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the app or its content to you.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the app for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app except where permitted by law; interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers; use automated systems to access the app in a way that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce; or upload content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, or harmful.

4. User accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the app. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the app. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to share it.

6. Third-party content and services

The app may display content from third parties or link to third-party services, including advertising networks and analytics providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or policies. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

The app, including its source code, design, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by MRB Lab or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without our written permission.

8. Purchases and subscriptions

Where an app offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed by the applicable app store (e.g. Google Play or the Apple App Store) and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account settings.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content available through it is accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRB Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the app.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the app. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangladesh.
